![]() Next time you launch Scrivener normally it should stay registered. To fix that, run Scrivener as administrator (right click over the Scrivener icon and select ‘Run as administrator’) and register. It’s possible that a file to do with activation isn't being updated so Scrivener thinks you're unlicensed the next time you launch the software. Reregistering with your existing licence key will always work but there are a couple of things you can try for a permanent fix. This is an ongoing problem that the developers are working with Paddle to fix. I emailed them and this is the reply I got (and it seems to be working now): When I got Scrivener 3 for PC (after having the previous version for a few years), I started getting licensing errors, too.
